Anti-Static film is the most cost-effective form of ESD protection. Pink, mono layer, extruded transparent, polyethylene meets MIL-PRF-81705D Type II Electricals. Available in 4 and 6 mil thickness to be used in a square bottom cover, or as a good general protective covering.
These covers are five-panel protective covers that can be custom made to specific sizes. They provide a secure fit that offers a variety of cost-saving functions. Eliminates the hazard of static damage to electronic components.
Ideal for packaging of nonstatic sensitive & static sensitive items where electrostatic contamination is a problem.
- Durable: Anti-Static polyethylene material
- Pink Tint: Indicates static-dissipative material
- Surface Resistivity: typically, in range of 1012 ohms/sq
- Protects Against Static Generation: not a Faraday cage (not shielding)
- Certified: MIL-PRF-81705D Type II
